This qualification aims to:

Provide learners with the skills and knowledge required to successfully work in customer services

Develop learners’ skills in communication, resolving queries and meeting customers’ needs

Build learners’ knowledge of the principles of customer service.

Mandatory  units

To be awarded this qualification, learners are required to successfully complete 6 mandatory units:

Unit 1: Deliver customer service

Unit 2: Understand customer service

Unit 3: Principles of customer service

Unit 4: Understand employer organisations

Unit 5: Manage personal performance and development

What are the entry requirements?

This qualification is designed for learners aged 16 and above who are working in or are looking to work in a customer service role or similar.

There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification. However, learners may find it helpful if they’ve already achieved a Level 1 qualification.

This qualification is suitable for learners aged 16 and above.

The Distance Learning course: The distance learning course is done at your own pace with a Tutor’s Support & Guidance. All necessary materials will be sent to you by Special royal mail delivery once you book the course. We recommend the distance learning course for Individual’s with competence or experience. Once you book this course, you will be given up to 1 Academic year to complete the assignments. However If you finish earlier, you will be awarded early. (You do not need to wait for up to 1 year)

Future Progression:

Learners who achieve this qualification could progress to:

Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service

Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading

Level 2 and 3 Diplomas in Business Administration
