An exclusive online course with Mental Health Advocate and Social Media Powerhouse Nick Stephens.
First course Monday 23rd November, with the online workshop from 6pm – 9pm.
Designed to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of common mental health conditions in the workplace and how best to offer support and guidance to colleagues.
By developing a greater understanding of common mental health conditions, as well as how best to support and guide someone to professional help, you can help to reduce the stigma associated with mental health in the UK.
You will attend a 3 hour online workshop with a Mental Health Tutor supported by Nick Stephens. There will then be some self-study in your own time after this to complete the necessary guided learning hours. This is completed through our ‘Online Learning Portal’.
Once happy with your understanding, there is a short 12 question multiple choice quiz to then issue your certificate.
The four units cover:
– Understand Mental Health and its importance
– Understand roles and legislation associated with Mental Health in the workplace
– Understand a range of common Mental Health conditions
– Understand the application of a Mental Health First Aid at Work Action Plan
Zoom invite will be sent through to you 24 hours before the workshop.
