"At New Forest Activities we have two apprentices with College But Different a Level 3 marketing assistant and a Level 5 operations/departmental manager. Having the ability to upskill existing staff to Operations manager has been so important for the continuous growth and improvement of not just the business but the staff too. Our marketing assistant was recruited externally and had to complete a task in order to get to an interview, to which they completed to a high level. Much like our operations manager apprentice they are gaining vital skills and experience through this apprentice in order to be able to do their jobs at a high level and help us generate more business.”
